“Teenage Love Affair” is the third single from Alicia Keys‘ third album As I Am.

It will be sent to Urban Mainstream Radio on April 21, 2008. The song was #23 on Rolling Stone‘s list of the 100 Best Songs of 2007.

The filming for the music video was shot at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. Derek Luke plays her love interest and Anthony Hamilton, Jackie Long, Albert Daniels and Tristan Wilds make appearances in the video as well.

The video is based off the 1988 Spike Lee film School Daze, starring Laurence Fishburne and Kyme among others. The video also uses En Vogue’s Giving Him Something He Can Feel dance in the video.
