“I Took a Pill in Ibiza” is the lead single from American singer and songwriter Mike Posner‘s second EP The Truth.

The song, originally acoustic guitar-based, was remixed by the Norwegian duo SeeB and released on Island Records (a division of UMG Recordings, Inc.) in the United States on July 24th 2015 as a digital download as the lead single from his second EP The Truth. The Banger of a Track remixed version has peaked at number one in Norway and the Netherlands. It was written by Mike Posner and Martin Terefe in collaboration.

The single was released on Mike Posner’s official YouTube VEVO channel in early October 2015. It was released for promotional use on October 6th 2015 from Mike Posner’s second EP The Truth.
