“The Way That I Love You” is said to be the official lead single from Ashanti‘s upcoming fourth studio album, The Declaration (2008). The song which was produced by L. T. Hutton, has a very distinct bass line but sung more so as a ballad.

The song quickly became a favorite among fans after they first heard it being performed live at a concert back in December 2007. Ever since the songs leak on YouTube it has still been receiving positive reviews from fans as well.
