I Am is a song taken from American Contemporary R&B singer-songwriter Mary J. Blige‘s upcoming album Stronger With Each Tear. The song was written by Blige and Johntá Austin with musical production from Stargate and is scheduled for release on November 23, 2009, as the second single from the album.

Blige also performed I Am live for the first time at the 2009 American Music Awards on November 22, 2009.
