“River” is the second promotional single from American artist Miley Cyrus‘ eighth studio album Endless Summer Vacation.

The song was written by the singer, Justin Tranter, and the song producers Kid Harpoon and Tyler Johnson.

On March 7, 2023, Cyrus shared a black-and-white clip of the beginning of the music video for “River”, announcing that it will be released three days later. Billboard’s Gil Kaufman called it “moody”. (Source: Billboard)
