“Wrecking Ball / I Will Always Love You” Lyrics [4]
Song by Miley Cyrus, Dolly Parton:
[Wrecking Ball]
Verse 1: Miley Cyrus
We clawed, we chained our hearts in vain
We jumped, never asking why
We kissed, I fell under your spell
A love no one could denyPre-Chorus: Dolly Parton
Don’t you ever say I just walked away
I will always want you
I can’t live a lie, running for my life
I will always want youChorus: Miley Cyrus & Dolly Parton
I came in like a wrecking ball
I never hit so hard in love
All I wanted was to break your walls
All you ever did was wreck me
Yeah, you, you wreck meVerse 2: Dolly Parton
I put you high up in the sky
And now, you’re not coming down
It slowly turned, you let me burn
And now, we’re ashes on the groundPre-Chorus: Miley Cyrus
Don’t you ever say I just walked away
I will always want you
I can’t live a lie, running for my life
I will always want youChorus: Miley Cyrus & Dolly Parton
I came in like a wrecking ball
I never hit so hard in love
All I wanted was to break your walls
All you ever did was wreck me
Yeah, you, you wreck me
I came in like a wrecking ball
Yeah, I just closed my eyes and swung
Left me crashing in a blazing fall
All you ever did was wreck me
Yeah, you, you wreck meBridge: Dolly Parton & Miley Cyrus
I never meant to start a war
I just wanted you to let me in
And instead of using force
I guess I should’ve let you win
I never meant to start a war
I just wanted you to let me in
I guess I should’ve let you winPre-Chorus: Dolly Parton
Don’t you ever say I just walked away
I will always want you[I Will Always Love You]
Chorus: Dolly Parton
And I will always love you
I will always love youVerse 1: Dolly Parton & Miley Cyrus
If I should stay
I would only be in your way
So I’ll go, but I know
I’ll think of you each step of the wayChorus
And I will always love you
I will always love youVerse 2: Miley Cyrus & Dolly Parton
Bittersweet memories
That’s all I am taking with me
Goodbye, please don’t cry
We both know that I’m not what you needChorus: Dolly Parton & Miley Cyrus
And I will always love you
I will always love youVerse 3: Dolly Parton & Miley Cyrus
I hope life treats you kind
And I hope that you have all that you ever dreamed of
And I wish you joy and happiness
But above all of this, I wish you loveChorus
And I will always love you
I will always love youAnd I will always love you
I will always love you
