Lyrics for Tell Her^{^[4]} Song by Ella Mai

Intro
Tell her you love me

Verse 1
I’m on some new s***, switch up the vibe
Forward, I’m moving, don’t waste my time
I don’t stand in no lines (Tell her you love me), you so stuck in yo’ mind
When you gon’ get it together? (Ooh)
You on some hood s***, and, yeah, that’s cool, I don’t care
Up and you’re down, I’m still here, I put aside how I feel
‘Cause I love you (Tell her you love me) and I’m understanding
And I know that the life we both living is hard to manage

Pre-Chorus
But if your ex think she can call your phone
You better tell her you love me, put no one above me
Say my name, say my name (Tell her you love me)
Ain’t finna play no games, it’s time to make it plain
Boy, don’t be acting strange

Chorus
‘Cause when I love, I love hard (Ooh-ooh-ah)
And when I give, I give all, yeah (Ooh-ooh-ah)
In your eyes I see stars (Tell her you love me), I feel safe in your arms
Want my trust, just work hard, yeah
And if she ever wanna talk, tell her you love me (Ooh-ooh-ah)
And ain’t no other girl above me (Ooh-ooh-ah)
Yeah, that’s petty, but you can’t afford a loss (Tell her you love me)
Crazy with my thoughts, lines to never cross
Tell her, tell her (Tell her), tell her, tell her you love me

Verse 2
Awkward, I just don’t wanna end up hurt
But we gotta have these conversations before this s*** gets worse (Tell her you love me)
I’m not finna play, she in the way
You better lay it down
There’s nothing to talk about

Pre-Chorus
But if your ex think she can call your phone
You better tell her you love me, put no one above me
Say my name, say my name (Tell her you love me)
Boy, I am not a game, it’s time to make it plain
Just don’t be acting strange

Yeah, that’s petty, but you can’t afford a loss (Tell her you love me)
Crazy with my thoughts (Crazy with my thoughts), lines to never cross
Tell her, tell her (Tell her), tell her, tell her you love me

Outro
Tell her how you always thinking of me
You ain’t gotta answer any questions when she calls your phone
You need to tell her you with me, she should fall back
Go ‘head and tell her you love me, these are all facts
And if she ever wanna talk ’cause she can’t help but to call
I know you care about my heart
It ain’t even hard, tell her you love me, yeah
Tell her you love me
