“I Want You (Hold On To Love)” is the fifth music video, and fourth official single from Cee-Lo Green‘s third studio album, The Lady Killer.
The music video premiered in late May 2011.
Cee Lo is touring with an all-female backing band named Scarlet Fever, performing this song on November 11, 2010, as part of the Symmetry Live Concert Series at the W Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, New York, and throughout their 2011 concert tours. Cee-Lo sang the track on late night BBC music show Later…with Jools Holland whilst he was in the UK. He also performed the song on The Graham Norton Show on May 20 2011.
