“The Hills” is the second promotional single from Canadian singer and songwriter The Weeknd‘s third studio album, Beauty Behind the Madness.
The Remix featuring American rapper Eminem premiered along side a “Virtual Video” on October 20th 2015 via The Weeknd’s YouTube channel ‘xoxxxoooxo’.
Directed by NABIL, the spherical clip was shot on a GoPro on set of the singer’s Apple Music commercial. But this time, you are able to experience his surroundings by moving the camera 360 degrees as he walks behind the club and past a limo, while a car explodes in the distance.
In addition to Eminem, Nicki Minaj is featured on a second remix to “The Hills,” which is No. 1 on the Hot 100 for the fifth straight week. Starting next month, The Weeknd will hit the road on “The Madness Fall Tour” with Travi$ Scott, Banks, and Halsey.
