“The Way” is the first promotional music video and lead single from American singer-songwriter Kehlani‘s second mixtape, You Should Be Here.

The track features American rapper Chance The Rapper, it was produced by Jahaan Sweet.

The music video premiered on July 27th 2015, via Kehlani’s official YouTube channel. To promote the mixtape, she went on a tour visiting North America in 2015.

She is a member of HBK Gang. She is signed with Atlantic Records. In August 2014, she released her first mixtape, Cloud 19.
