“Better Than Her” is the debut single from American actress, model, singer and songwriter Matisse‘s upcoming debut studio album. The official remix features Akon.

In 2010 her first single “Better Than Her”, produced by Jacob Kasher Hindlin and Kevin Rudolf, reached number one on Billboard’s Hot Dance Airplay chart.

She was best known for being part of the duo Brit & Alex (with twin sister Alex), up until their breakup in 2009. And also known as “Brit Smith”.

Matisse is currently signed to Jive Records. She is working on her full length debut album, scheduled for Fall 2010.
