“Downtown” is a promotional first music video and lead single from American hip hop duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis‘ upcoming sophomore studio album.

The track features Eric Nally, Melle Mel, Kool Moe Dee, and Grandmaster Caz.

The song was officially released as a single on August 27, 2015. A music video for the song was uploaded to Ryan Lewis’ own YouTube channel on the day of the song’s release.

The music video was directed by Lewis as well as Macklemore and Jason Koenig and was filmed in Spokane, Washington.
