“Fly on the Wall” is the second single from American pop singer Miley Cyrus‘ second solo studio album Breakout.
The music video was filmed on November 8, at a studio in downtown Los Angeles with Director Philip Andelman (Hilary Duff, Jay Z, Kelly Rowland, Jonas Brothers). The video was premiere on December 5 at 8:00 pm on MTV’s FNMTV, hosted by Pete Wentz.
