Janet Jackson – Feedback (Jeremy Word Remix)

“Feedback” was premiered on New York top 40 radio station Z100 on December 12, 2007. At the same time, the song was leaked to various Internet websites and Clear Channel radio stations in the United States. The same day, many radio stations in major North American markets premiered the song, resulting in “Feedback” being heard by 4.175 million people in the United States within its first 24 hours of radio airplay. The song currently sits at #37 on the Mediabase Top 40 Airplay Charts.

“Feedback” debuted on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 at #84, and in its second week, moved up thirty-two places to #52. It currently sits at #51. It is also in the top 40 of the U.S. Billboard Pop 100 at #38 and jumped up 14 spots to it’s current position of #52 on the U.S. Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. It has also charted on the U.S. Billboard Rhythmic Top 40 at #38.

On the Canadian Hot 100, “Feedback” debuted at number 48 the week ending January 12, 2008, making it the highest debut of the week. The song is also her first appearance on the Canadian charts since “Just a Little While” peaked at #3 in 2004. So far, it has peaked at the #40 position.
