“My Own Step” is a dance song by American recording artist Roscoe Dash. The song features Grammy winning artist T-Pain & former D4L member Fabo.
The song serves as the third single from his debut album, Ready Set Go!. It will also be featured on the upcoming movie Step Up 3D, and will be released via Disney. It was originaly released last year via Polow da Don.

Disney was originally looking for songs for the movie and when they found the song, they convinced Roscoe Dash to be on it, and kept R&B sensation T-Pain on the track.
The music video has been shot and was released in mid July 2010. There are cameo appearances from the movie and also artists like Lil Chuckee.
